Some Simple Things to do For Arthritis

l. Diet restrictions--no refined sugar foods or soft drinks--restrict refined flour. Eat at least one large chef salad and two pieces of fresh fruit daily.

2.Morning Cocktail: One glass of apple juice or apple cider with one or two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of Vitamin C crystals, one tablespoon of Gelatin and one teaspoon of honey.Shake and drink.

3. Take 250 mg. of Niacinamide after each meal and at bedtime.

4. Take 800 units of Vitamin E complex daily.

5. Take a combination tablet of Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc--3 daily.

6. Take one 50 mg. B Complex capsule daily.

7. Take one tablespoon of Cod Liver Oil daily at bedtime.

Be patient. The arthritis has been coming on for many years and improvement in eating habits will not repair it in a week or two. Noticeable improvement is usually seen within two months.
