News Flash archive—Sunscreen
As most of you who listen to my radio show or read my website
know, I have never used sunscreen and do not believe that the
sun’s rays are harmful when you use intelligence in the amount
of sunshine you get. That certainly doesn’t mean you should go
out in the sun all day and get your skin burned. I have said
many times on my radio show that there are many ways to help
protect your skin. I have preached for years that the best way
to keep from getting skin cancer is to get a reasonable amount
of sunshine (I don’t believe God made the sun to be a curse),
take PABA regularly if you are going to be in the sunshine much,
get plenty of Vitamin C and E complex and plenty of the Omega 3
fatty acids as found in Fish Oil and Flaxseed Oil. I am
beginning to see more and more articles that agree with this
thinking. Read this newsflash. This is one of them.
